Mytypical Saturday routine consists piling the kids in the truck, getting donuts and going for some kind of adventure. Last week I bought a DJI Mavic Mini drone so I brought it with to try it out. After donuts I decided on going to a spot along Utah Lake that has become a favorite spot of mine because of the amazing views. After doing some initial calibrations I got the drone up in the air and quickly fell in love with this new perspective. On the drive home I spotted a juvenile bald eagle so I pulled over for a few shots from the side of the road. I’m loving the wider perspective of the drone, and stay tuned for more shots in the coming months.
